Location: Remote - West Coast United States
BlueVoyant is seeking an ‘Inside Channel Account Manager’ (iCAM) with the ability to activate business relationships at all levels of the partner’s organization with the express desire of becoming their trusted business advisor. Each channel specialist will be assigned a geographic area and will be expected to collaborate with their corresponding field sales counterparts. The channel specialist role will be measured and held accountable for both individual and territory based goals.

The channel specialist role will be measured and held accountable for both individual and territory based goals.
Role Responsibilities:
- Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in partner accounts
- Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, technical, and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners’ expectations
- Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in their own partner accounts
- Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates partner needs on an ongoing basis
- Sells through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources
- Manages potential channel conflict with other firm sales channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement
- Ensures partner compliance with partner agreements
- Drives adoption of company programs among assigned partners
- Achieves assigned monthly sales targets in designated partner accounts
- Meets assigned expectations for profitability
- Completes partner account plans that meet company standards
- Maintains high partner satisfaction ratings that meet company standards
- Completes required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame
- Owns comprehensive reporting for assigned channel partners and territory, including pipeline performance, closed-won deals, incentive payouts, and SPIFF tracking.
- Bachelors Degree in Business or related field preferred
- 2 – 3+ years of inside/outside and/or field sales experience preferred
- Proven record of achievement in delivering sales results and developing collaborative relationships
- Strong understanding of our go-to- market strategy and sales philosophy
- Confident individual willing to assume responsibility and hold people and themselves accountable.
- Strong individual contributor and team player that is self-motivated with a high degree of energy
- Ability to make decisions while maintaining an upbeat and positive attitude in a fast paced work environment
